Governance

At the highest level, Saphumula is governed by the country’s Co-operatives legislation, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and ESASCCO. Internally, the SACCO is governed by bylaws, policies and Annual General Meeting resolutions.
